Respondents PRAYER : Writ Petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to adjust the candidature of the petitioner who is at serial number 2 in the reserve list of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [2009] against the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Service, as per G.O.Ms.No.137, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries [AH7] Department, dated 14.11.2011 before filling up the post through employment Exchange.

This Writ Petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to adjust the candidature of the petitioner, who is at serial number 2 in the reserve list of the Tamil Nadu Public Service Commission [2009] against the post of Veterinary Assistant Surgeon in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Tamil Nadu Animal Husbandry Service, as per G.O.Ms.No.137, Animal Husbandry, Dairying and Fisheries [AH7] Department, dated 14.11.2011 before filling up the post through employment Exchange.

2.Today when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent would submit that the respondents had already granted the relief sought for by the petitioner and as such, nothing survives for adjudication.

3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 and 2 and the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the third respondent, this Writ Petition is closed. No costs.
