ORDER

The contempt petition has been instituted to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 01.11.2021 passed in W.P.No.43650 of 2006.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent would submit that the issues are pending before the Division Bench of this Court and being monitored by the Court.

3. That being so no further adjudication is required and this Contempt petition stands closed.
