The petitioner has come forward to file the writ petition seeking a direction to the respondents to release the document No. 2451 of 2015, dated 28.05.2015, on the premise that he is ready and willing to pay the additional stamp duty sought for as per Form 1, dated 30.06.2015, by the respondent No. 1.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.
3. Considering the above facts, when the petitioner is ready and willing to pay the additional stamp duty, there cannot be any objection on the part of the respondents to release the document. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to release the document No. 2451 of 2015, dated 28.05.2015, on receipt of the additional stamp duty demanded.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
