This court directed the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode to dispose of the suit in OS.No.366 of 2008 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order passed on 30.01.2017 in CRP(PD).No.3248 of 2013. The learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode has sought for further extension of time of six months.

2. This court is satisfied with the reasons stated by the learned Subordinate Judge, Thiruchengode and therefore, further extension of time for six months is granted to the learned Judge to dispose of the said suit. 02.07.2019 mbi R.HEMALATHA, J.
