It is represented by the Learned Counsel for the respective parties that in pursuance of the settlement reached between the parties in Mediation on 06.09.2019, the Third Respondent has on 13.11.2019 invested amounts received from the Second Respondent in interest fetching Fixed Deposits bearing Nos. 2745 2010 0015 805 and 2745 2010 0015 814 in the names of the Second and Third Petitioners respectively in Andhra Bank, Moolakadai Branch, Chennai for Rs.92014/- each and copies of the same have been produced along with a joint memo filed by the Learned Counsel for the parties to that effect. Nothing remains for consideration in the matter.

Recording the subsequent events, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
