As against the orders of this Court dated 11.03.2019, appeals have been filed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and by an order dated 26.10.2021, the contempt proceedings have been stayed. It is also stated that the issue involved is now has been finally heard and the judgment has been reserved by the Hon'ble Supreme Court. Since, the orders passed by the Writ Court has now merged with the orders of the Supreme Court, the 2/3

contempt proceedings cannot be proceeded parallely. 2.Accordingly, this Contempt Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected sub applications are closed.
