ORDER

This writ petition has been filed challenging the records of the impugned Notice proceedings Na.Ka. No.567/ 2018/ A2 dated 24.05.2019 to Lock and Seal the petitioner building on 06.06.2019 at 11 am issued by the 3rd respondent inspect of the RCC Terraced Commercial Building owned by the petitioner in D.No.31, 31/1, 31/2, 31/3, 31/4, 31/5, 31/6 ward No.9, Survey Field No.179/9B at Salem to Cuddalore Main Road in S.Valapady Village and Town Panchayat Valapady Taluk, Salem District and to quash the same and to direct the 3rd

respondent to file closure report of compliance of the deviation by the petitioner.

2.Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the 3rd respondent would submit that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, the petitioner herself removed the encroachment and in this regard the 3rd respondent has passed an order dated 04.06.2019 and he produced the same before this Court. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this case.

3.In view of the above, recording the submissions made by the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
