O R D E R

The petitioner challenges the order dated 07.02.2015 whereby and where under he was placed under suspension pending initiation of disciplinary proceedings.

2. The learned standing counsel appearing for Tamil Nadu State Marketing Corporation, on instructions, submitted that the proceedings would be completed within six months. The said submission is recorded.

3. The first respondent is directed to conclude the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner as early as possible, and in any case within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. petitioner should be paid subsistence allowance during the currency of the Disciplinary Proceedings.

4. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
