The petitioners made a representation on 15.07.2015 to the respondent Nos. 1 and 2, stating that the UDR Patta with reference to the Survey No. 896A1B, situated at Hosur Taluk, Krishnagiri District, has been wrongly entered in the name of the private respondents. Since the said representation is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

3. Considering the above facts, though the relief has been sought for in the writ petition before the respondent No.1, taking into consideration the fact that the representation dated 15.07.2015 has also been made to the respondent No. 2, the Tahsildar/respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioners within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioners as well as the private respondents.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
