PRAYER:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records in connection with the Charge Memo in PR./K2/81/2000 dated 14.09.2000 passed by the 5th respondent herein and the order of punishment PR No.81/2000 dated 24.04.2001 passed by the 4th Respondent herein and the order of rejection on appeal C.No.D2/AP 79/2001 dated 19.11.2001 passed by the 3rd respondent herein and the order of rejection on mercy petition D.Dis.265554/API(1)/2004-1 dated 22.01.2006 passed by the 2nd respondent herein and the order of rejection on special mercy petitioner G.O.(2D) No.416 dated 08.08.2013 passed by the 1st Respondent herein and quash the same consequently direct the respondents to extend all service benefits including increment and promotion to the petitioner. O R D E R

Learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner already attained the age of superannuation and his case was considered by the police department, during the pendency of the writ petition and he was allowed to retire from service.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner has taken efforts to secure instructions in this regard to get along with the case. But the efforts ended in vain. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner is unable to proceed with the case and reported 'No Instructions'. However, the petitioner is at liberty to pursue the remedy, if any grievance exists, as of now.

3. With these liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No Costs.
