The petitioner made a representation on 05.12.2014 to the respondent No. 3, for issuance of old age pension. The petitioner is said to be a man aged 72 years. Since the said representation is yet to be considered, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

3. Considering the above facts and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No. 3 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending representation of the petitioner dated 15.12.2014, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
