Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2016 for rectifying the mistake crept in, in FM sketch for an extent of 0.14 cents relating to Survey No.307/2 of Belagondapalli Village, Dhenkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District, based on the report of the 2nd respondent issued in Na.Ka.4560/2015 (B5) dated 18.12.2015 within the time to be stipulated by this Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that in compliance of the order dated 05.02.2015 made in WP.No.2807/2015, the 2nd respondent made a positive recommendation to the 1st respondent vide letter dated 18.12.2015 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in Na.Ka.No.4560/2015[P5], recommending for separate patta in respect of 0.14 cents in Survey No.307/2, Pelakondapalli Village, Denkanikottai Taluk, Krishnagiri District and the 1st respondent have not passed any orders and in this regard, the petitioner submitted a representation dated 22.02.2016 to the 1st respondent and since no response is forthcoming, the petitioner came forward to file the present writ petition. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.V.S.Ramesh, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
Though the petitioner has prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the same, directs the 1st respondent to take into consideration, the communication of the 2nd respondent dated 18.12.2015 in Na.Ka.No.4560/2015[P5] and pass orders on the petitioner's representation dated 22.02.2016 on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
