The matter is listed today under the caption "for being mentioned". 2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners stated that a mistake has crept into the paragraph No.1 of the order passed by this Court vide order dated 06.02.2024. Accordingly, he prays for appropriate orders. 3.In view of the above statement so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the paragraph No.1 of the order dated 06.02.2024 is to be read as follows:

"The petitioners/A2, A6 and A7 who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent Police for the offences under Sections 406, 420 and 120(B) of IPC and Sections 21(1), 21(2), 21(3), 23 and 25 of BUDS Act 2019 and Section 4 of TNPID Act 1997 @ 409, 420 and 120(B) of IPC and Sections 21(1), 21(2), 21(3), 23 and 25 of BUDS Act 2019 and Section 5 of TNPID Act 1997, in Crime No.02 of 2023 on the file of the respondent Police, seek anticipatory bail."

4.Registry is directed to carry out the necessary corrections in the order dated 06.02.2024 and list the matter under the same caption 'for being https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis 1/2
