mmi Liquidator of the company in liquidation and has taken charge of the assets. In view of the same, the company petition is closed as no further order is required. The petitioner is at liberty to make its claim before the learned Official Liquidator, who shall adjudicate upon the same, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of the claim.
