Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying to direct the first and second respondents to grant adequate and effective protection to the petitioner for his enjoyment of his land bearing Survey No.80/3, to an extent of 0.09 cents, in Karadikulam Village, Arangayanallur Madhura, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, from the interference at the instance of the respondents 3 and 4 or any other members of their family, by taking effective steps on the basis of the complaint dated 17.09.2014, made to the first respondent herein, within a time frame as may be fixed by this court. ORDER

This petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to grant adequate and effective protection to the petitioner for his enjoyment of his land bearing Survey No.80/3, to an extent of 0.09 cents, in Karadikulam Village, Arangayanallur Madhura, Udayarpalayam Taluk, Ariyalur District, from the interference at the instance of the respondents 3 and 4 or any other members of their family, by taking effective steps https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

on the basis of the complaint dated 17.09.2014, made to the first respondent herein, within a time frame as may be fixed by this court.

2. This petition has been filed seeking police protection in the year 2014. But after a period of four years, such a prayer cannot be considered. However, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh complaint on fresh cause of action, if so advised.

3. With the above observation, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
