ORDER

Since no adverse Order has been passed against the respondents 4 to 6, notice to them is dispensed with. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition is filed to direct the first respondent to dispose the petitioner's appeal enquiry in Na.Ka.D2.11929/2021 dated 30.01.2024 within a period that may be stipulated by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. It is the case of the petitioner that the on the application given by the sixth respondent, the patta issued in favour of the petitioner has been unilaterally revoked without giving any notice or opportunity to the petitioner. In this regard, the petitioner had already filed an appeal before the first respondent and the same is pending without any progress. Hence, the present Writ Petition has been filed.

Considering the limited relief sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 30.01.2024 on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the respondents 4 to 6, within a period of the two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
