This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3rd respondent to issue patta in favour of the petitioner for the subject property based on the Settlement Deed executed in favour of the petitioner by his son on 05.01.2004.

2.Heard Mr.Sivakumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents.

3.In the considered view of this Court, the petitioner has to make an online application and seek for patta. In view of the same, there shall be a direction to the petitioner to make an online application seeking for patta from the 3rd respondent and on receipt of the same, it shall be considered in the light of the document relied 2/4

upon by the petitioner and a decision shall be taken, within a period of four weeks from the receipt of the on-line application from the petitioner. 4.This writ petition is disposed of in the above terms.
