This petition has been filed to make the amendment in the prayer as has been prayed for.

2. This amendment become necessitated according to the petitioner because of the order passed on 02.04.2008, under which, the fifth respondent was given promotion by the fourth respondent / School and since the petitioner is aggrieved over the same that order has to be challenged and hence he filed the present amendment petition.

3. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents respectively.

4. In view of the aforesaid, this amendment petition is allowed.

5. Registry is directed to carry out the necessary amendment immediately and post the matter on 27.01.2021 for hearing. 06.01.2021 vji R. SURESH KUMAR, J.
