With the consent of both sides, the Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.According to the petitioner, she completed her X std in the month of March 1986 and she registered her qualification with employment exchange @ Ariylaur. The petitioner is differently abled person. As per the call letter issued by the second respondent dated 04.12.2013, she attended the interview on 12.12.2013 for the post of village assistant. Whileso, she received another call letter dated 25.02.2014 from the second respondent for the interview scheduled to be held on 04.03.2014. The petitioner attended the interview, as per schedule and she was the only person who attended the interview for the post of village assistant. However, the second respondent has not sent any communication. Therefore, she made representations on 04.08.2014 and 20.10.2014, but so far no order has been passed. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.R.Sethuvarayar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and M/s.S.Gunasekaran, Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.This Court, taking into consideration the limited scope of prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the second respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 20.10.2014 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
