JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the plaintiffs seeks permission to withdraw the suit and the applications on the ground that the matter has already been referred to the learned Arbitrator. He has also filed a memo to that effect, enclosing the order passed by the High Court of Bombay in Comm. Arbitration Petition (L) No.105 of 2016. 2.In view of the above said submission and taking note of the memo filed by the learned counsel for the plaintiffs, the civil suit is

dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, connected applications are closed.
