CMP.Nos.15229 & 15234 of 2021 in SA.No.1496 of 2008 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., These petitions have been filed praying (i) to permit the petitioners/appellants to bring on record the proposed respondents 25 to 29 herein as legal heirs of the deceased 11th respondent namely, Mani in the above second appeal and array them as respondents 25 to 29 in the above second appeal, (ii) to permit the petitioners/appellants to bring on record the proposed respondents 19 to 24 herein as legal heirs of the deceased second respondent namely, Marathal in the above second appeal and array them as respondents 19 to 24 in the above second appeal, respectively. 2.Registry is directed to remove the name of Mr.S.Kaithamalaikumaran and print the name of Mr.S.Ramesh Kumar learned counsel for respondents 4 and 7 in cause list.

As far as proposed respondents 19 to 24 in CMP No.15234 of 2021 are concerned, Mr.Akash, learned counsel for M/s.Eswar Kumar & Rao entered appearance. As far as proposed respondents 25 to 29 in CMP No.15229 of 2021 are concerned, notice has been served but none appeared on behalf of them. https://www.mhc.tn.gov.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY.J., dn 3.The learned counsel for the respondents 19 to 24 in CMP No.15234 of 2021 has reported no objection in allowing these petitions. 4.Considering submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners/appellants and the reasons stated in the affidavits filed in support of the respective petitions and also no objection being reported on behalf of the respondents, this Court feels it appropriate to allow these petitions. 5.Accordingly, these C.M.Ps. are allowed.
