As against the order of the First Appellate Authority, dated 16.12.2014, the petitioner filed Second Appeal before the respondent on 19.03.2015. Though the Second Appeal No. SA/UG/15/f9219ydtm has been received by the respondent on 30.03.2015, no further orders have been passed. Hence the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Central Government Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the above facts and taking note of the prayer sought for in the writ petition, a direction is issued to the respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders in the Second Appeal No. SA/UG/15/f9219ydtm in File No. CIC/SH/A/2015/001081, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
