Prayer in WP No.24160 of 2014 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner for the promotional post of Nursing Officer Principal on the basis of the updated confidential reports obtained by the respondents in the panel of names through R.No.45113/MP3/S1/2012 dated 31.1.2014 and issue orders for the promotional post of Nursing Officer Principal within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

Prayer in WP No.20921 of 2014 : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing Directing the 1st respondent to consider the petitioner for the promotional post of Joint State Maternal and Child Health Officer on the basis of the updated confidential reports obtained by the respondents in the panel of names through R.No. 45113/MP3/S1/2012 dated 31.01.2014 and issue orders for the promotional post of Joint State maternal and Child Health Officer created in paragraph 3 of GO.Ms.No.241 Health and Family Welfare (L2) Department dated 25.10.2013 issued by the 1st respondent.

Additional Government Pleader C O M M ON O R D E R The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petitions, the petitioners were promoted vide proceedings of the 2nd respondent in R.No.48871/MP3/S3/2014 dated 06.10.2021.

2. Thus, the grievances of the writ petitioners are redressed and no further adjudication is required. Accordingly, both the Writ Petitions are closed. No Costs.
