(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.3958 of 2020 vide order dated 05.03.2020, whereby the petitioners are directed to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. Heard both sides.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed against the petitioners is modified to appear before the respondent Police on the first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
