The petitioner has come forward to file this writ petition seeking to expedite the pending proceedings before the respondent No. 1. On 05.11.2015, the respondent No. 3 has issued notice to the petitioner to appear in a special sitting, headed by the respondent No. 1, in the office of the respondent No. 2. On the said day, the petitioner gave a representation to the respondent No. 1, stating the he is unable to attend on the said date and therefore, he would appear on the next date of hearing. Since the said representation is yet to be considered, seeking appropriate orders in the same, the present writ petition has been filed by the petitioner before this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for and without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the respondent No. 1 to consider and pass appropriate orders in the representation said to have been made by the petitioner on 05.11.2015, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
