By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a direction to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 12.02.2013.

3. According to the petitioner, he joined the service of the respondent Board as Fitter, Grade - II, on 21.09.1977. Subsequently, it was re-designated as Helper and he retired from service on 30.06.2016 as Fitter, Grade - I on attaining the age of superannuation.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that he is entitled for the benefits under G.O.Ms.No.740, Finance (PC) Department, dated 14.08.1986 and G.O.Ms.No.762, Finance (PC) Department, dated 20.08.1998 by BP Ms.No.505, dated 12.12.1986. The benefits under G.Os. were extended to the other employees by revising their pay, but the petitioner was not considered and therefore, he sent a representation dated 12.02.2013. 5. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that there is no proof for giving the representation and if the petitioner gives fresh representation, it will be considered according to law.

6. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel on either side and without going into the merits of the case, permits the petitioner to submit one more representation to the respondent by enclosing a copy of this order, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The respondent, on receipt of the same, is directed to consider the said representation on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks there from and communicate the decision taken by him to the petitioner.
