Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader accepting notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.Roofus Abraham, learned counsel for the fourth respondent and with their consent, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. Petitioner seeks a direction to the fourth respondent to consider his representation. It is stated in his representation that he requires two lorry loads of water for the drinking purpose of his office employees. It is not known as to what would be the quantity the petitioner required for his office which, obviously cannot be two lorry loads for the drinking purpose of the employees. Therefore, under the guise of the representation, the petitioner is not entitled to drew water for commercial purpose. Bearing this in mind, the fourth respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner's dated 31.12.2015, within a period of three weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
