O R D E R
This contempt petition has been filed to punish the respondents for noncompliance of the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.7739 of 2009 dated 05.01.2018.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the direction passed by this Court has been complied with by the respondents.
3. Although the said fact has been acknowledged by the learned counsel for the petitioner, however, he submitted that the portion of the order has not been implemented and also he seeks liberty to challenge the same.
4. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order, if he still aggrieved, in the manner known to law.
