Respondent PRAYER: Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying to relax the condition in para 5(c ) of the order dated 28.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.13160 of 2020 passed by this Court directing him to report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

O R D E R

(The case has been heard through video conference) This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in para 5(c) of the order dated 28.08.2020 made in Crl.O.P.No.13160 of 2020 passed by this Court directing the petitioner to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would also submit that the petitioner has been complying with the the conditions.

4. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.13160 of 2020 dated 28.08.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on the first working day of every Month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. With the above directions, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered.
