Heard Mr.A.Arivazhagan, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr.T.K.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel who accepts notice for the respondents and with their consent the Writ Petitions ise taken up for final disposal.

2.The petitioner seek's to direct the Respondents to consider the Petitioners representation dated 03.09.2015 and 21.11.2015 within stipulated time.

3.In the light of the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, there will be a direction to the second respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2015, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. This Court has issued such a direction, in view of the reply given to the petitioner under the Right to Information Act, by letter dated 21.09.2015, wherein it has been stated that the petitioner's Application for allotment of Aavin Book will be considered in accordance with Rules.
