ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard Mr.G.Senthil Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.S.Kamalesh Kannan, learned Government Advocate for the respondent.

2. The petitioner has filed the above Contempt Petition to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order dated 26.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.31105 of 2018.

3. In the order dated 26.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.31105 of 2018, it is reflected that the respondent to consider and pass orders on the petition dated 12.10.2017 filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Securitisation and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (in short, 'SARFAESI Act'), within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, after giving notice to all concerned.

4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondent stated that the petition submitted by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has been considered and disposed of by the respondent vide order dated 16.08.2019 in Rc.No.22708/2018/M2.

5. The learned counsel for the petitioner also agreed that the petition filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act has been disposed of by the respondent on 16.08.2019.

6. Since the respondent has complied with the order of this Court dated 26.11.2018 passed in W.P.No.31105 of 2018, the Contempt Petition is closed.
