The petition has been filed to direct the respondents to complete the trial in C.C.No.1328 of 2019 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Magistrate level, Coimbatore, within a reasonable time.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondents submitted that totally there are three accused in which one of the accused viz., A3 filed a quash petition in Crl.O.P.No.22765 of 2019 and this Court by an order dated 26.08.2019 stayed all further proceedings in C.C.No.1328 of 2019 on the file of the learned Additional Mahila Court,

Coimbatore, and it is pending.

3. Considering the above said submission, the direction sought for by the petitioner in this petition cannot be considered. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed at present.
