This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.12546 of 2022 on 10.06.2022, thereby directing the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.15,00,000/- on the credit of Crime No.79 of 2022 on the file of the learned Magistrate, Puducherry.

2. Heard both sides.

3. This Court finds no ground to modify the above said conditions. However, the time granted by this Court is extended till 08.08.2022 to comply the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.12546 of 2022 dated 10.06.2022.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
