Respondents Prayer : This writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of writ of certiorarified mandamus, to call for the records made in impugned order in Na.Ka.No.2644/2023/A3 dated 07.06.2024 passed by the Revenue Divisional Officer /third respondent herein and quash the same as illegal and direct the second respondent to cancel the patta issued in favour of the sixth and seventh respondents herein to secure the ends of justice.
