Respondent Prayer: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondent to cause deletion of encumbrances in respect of the immovable property comprised of land building situate at Sri Raghavendra main road, Vanasakthi Nagar, (Part IV), Kolathur, Chennai-600 099, Grama natham, No.12, Korattur Village, comprised in S.No.12, Plot No.7-A, New Door No.11-B, having an extent of 2520 sq.ft., within S.R.O., Villivakkam, bounded on the North by: Door No.9; South by: vacant plot East by: Road and West by: Property belonging to Bai, measuring on the North: 90 feet on the South: 90 feet; On the east: 28 feet On the West: 28 feet, ad measuring 2520 sq.ft., together with electricity supply connection by deleting the following encumbrances:

a. The sale deed dt: 24.01.2007, registered as Document No.228 of 2007, alleged to have been executed by the 1st plaintiff Navarammal to and in favour of the 1st defendant M.S.Murugan.

b. The registered Sale deed executed by the 1st defendant (M.S.Murugan) to and in favour of the 2nd defendant (S.Sridevi) on 19.08.2010, registered as Doc No.2966 of 2010, based on the petitioner's representation dated 21.11.2013. The learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the prayer sought in this writ petition has become infructuous.
