This application is filed seeking to raise the order of attachment dated 06.11.2013 made in A.No.521 of 2013 and the order may by transmitted to the District Court, Thiruvarur District to raise the order of attachment of the properties and communicate the effect of such attachment to the Registering Officer within the local limits of whose jurisdiction the whole or any part of the immovable property is situated.

2. It is stated in paragraph 3 of the affidavit filed in support of the application that the applicant/respondent has settled the contract with the respondent/applicant-company out of Court on 22.05.2019. He has also filed "No Due Acknowledgement Letter" dated 22.05.2019 issued by the the respondent/applicant-company along with the application. The learned counsel for the respondent has got no objection for raising the order of attachment.
