This petition has been filed for relaxation of the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.17931 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15969 of 2023, dated 10.11.2023.

3. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel and the charge sheet has also been filed.

Hence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.17931 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.15969 of 2023, dated 10.11.2023, is relaxed to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
