The learned Advocate Commissioner appointed by this Court vide order dated 27.02.2024 has filed a report dated 26.03.2024. In the said report, it has been stated that the learned Advocate Commissioner has executed the warrant and complied with the order passed by this Court on 27.02.2024.

2. The learned counsel for the applicant also confirms the same. The learned Advocate Commissioner has also filed a memo for an additional remuneration. The learned Advocate Commissioner has further requested for an additional remuneration of Rs.35,000/- over and above the amount already paid pursuant to order dated 27.02.2024 of this Court.

3. The applicant is directed to pay a sum of Rs.35,000/- to the learned Advocate Commissioner towards additional remuneration.

4. Considering the fact that the order has been executed, Court is of the view that nothing survives for further adjudication in these applications, as the respondents have also not bothered to contest the applications by filing counter. 5. Recording the same, these applications are closed, with liberty to file application under Section 17 of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996 for disposing the seized / Hypothecated vehicle.

6. However, such disposal shall be only after due notice by the learned Arbitrator.
