By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he has completed SSLC successfully in the year 1991 and thereafter, he studied Diploma Course in Electrical and Electronics Engineering in the year 1994. He was appointed as a part time vocational instructor in the 6th respondent on 01.09.1995 in a sanctioned post. Still, he is working in the same place.

3. The petitioner would state that the government issued a G.O.Ms.No.35 dated 09.02.2007 to regularise the part time vocational instructor as full time vocational instructor as per the seniority. However, the petitioner's name was not included in the seniority list and thereafter, on his representation, the second respondent verified the certificates and subsequently, there was no response from the respondent. Therefore, he gave representations dated 23.11.2015 and 20.11.2015 requesting the respondents 1 and 3 to appoint him as a full time vocational instructor Grade - II, as per G.O.Ms.No.35, dated 09.02.2007. Since it was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed.

5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 23.11.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
