This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.8619 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023, passed by this Court to report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m, for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate. The petitioner shall also appear before the respondent Police every Saturday at 6.30 p.m, until further orders.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (crl.side) submitted that the final report has been filed and the case has been taken up for trial in P.R.C.No.7 of 2023 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot and the case now stands posted on 27.06.2023.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition 7(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8619 of 2023 dated 21.04.2023 is alone modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Arcot on 27.06.2023 at 10.30 a.m., and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
