2. According to the petitioner, he is the adopted son of one Mrs.K.Maragadham. His mother was working as Mazdoor on consolidated pay in Tamil Nadu Agricultural University, Cuddalore and died on 08.11.2012 in harness.

3. The petitioner would claim that he is entitled for appointment on Compassionate ground and therefore, he submitted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

an application on 22.11.2012 and subsequently, he sent a representation on 10.09.2015 seeking appointment on compassionate ground. But so far, it has not been considered. Hence, the present writ petition.

4. Heard Mr.K.Ramasamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.M.L.Mahendran, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.

5. This Court, considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner and without going into the merits of the same, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 10.09.2015 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
