This petition is filed by the petitioner to implead the proposed respondents who are the legal heirs of 4th respondent, as respondents 5 to 7 in the above Criminal Original Petition. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

3.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, this petition is ordered. The Registry is directed to carry out the amendment.
