This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 14.02.2023 in Crl.O.P.

No.2939 of 2023 in which the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every Tuesday at 10.30 a.m. for a period of eight months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every 1st and 15th day of every month at 10.30 a.m., for a period of eight months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation.
