ORDER

This writ petition is filed for a direction to the 3rd respondent to survey the petitioners land covered under Patta No. 1690 being Plot No.41, Sri Swaminatha Nagar comprised in Survey No.1395D/52 in No.52 Thiayur Village, Thiruporur Taluk, Chengalpattu District and demarcate the boundaries of the land.

2. The petitioner submitted a representation on 07.06.2024 with a request for surveying the petitioner's property, however, the same is pending without consideration till date. Hence, this writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the respondents 2 and 3 are directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 07.06.2024 and pass appropriate orders on its own merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons subject to payment of requisite fees. Such exercise 2/4

shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
