The second respondent has filed an affidavit tendering unqualified apology for what we perceived to be insensitive pleadings in her earlier counter affidavit. He also set forth the vacancy position and an assurance has been held out that all the vacancies will be filled up in the next recruitment, especially qua persons with usual impairment.

2. On our query, learned counsel for the petitioner also states that no further directions are required.

3. The proceedings are accordingly closed.
