This petition has been filed to modify the condition that the petitioner shall report before the Madurai Town Police Station every day at 10.30 a.m.

for a period of four weeks and thereafter, once in a week (i.e.

Monday) at 10.30 a.m. before the respondent police for interrogation until further order in Crl.O.P.12068 of 2023 dated 26.05.2023.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the condition to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Thallakulam Police Station instead of Madurai Town Police Station. Except this modification, other conditions imposed by this Court shall stand as it is.

4.This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly.
