JUDGMENT

Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the dispute has been resolved between the parties outside the Court and seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the suit. An endorsement to that effect has also been made.

2.In view of the above, the Civil Suit is dismissed as settled out of Court. The plaintiff is entitled to refund of half of the court fee. No costs.
