(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Mrs.Justice N.Mala) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she is not pressing W.A. No.2614 of 2024 in respect of appellants 1, 6, 10, 16, 20, 21, 22 & 24 and therefore, she

prayed that she may be permitted to withdraw W.A. No.2614 of 2024 in respect of those appellants. She has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.

2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this C.M.P. is allowed as prayed for and accordingly, W.A. No.2614 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of those appellants viz., 1, 6, 10, 16, 20, 21, 22 &

24. No costs.
