(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Mrs.Justice N.Mala) When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioners submits that she is not pressing W.A. No.2508 of 2024 in
respect of appellants 16, 18, 25, 26, 36, 39, 40, 42, 47 and 48 and therefore, she prayed that she may be permitted to withdraw W.A. No.2508 of 2024 in respect of those appellants. She has made an endorsement to that effect in the Court bundle.
2. In view of the aforesaid submission, this C.M.P. is allowed as prayed for and accordingly, W.A. No.2508 of 2024 is dismissed as withdrawn in respect of those appellants viz., 16, 18, 25, 26, 36, 39, 40, 42, 47 and 48. No costs.
