The present petition is filed to bring on record the proposed petitioner viz., V.M.Adhesh, who is the son of the original petitioner, late Krishna Reddiyar, as petitioner being the sole legal heir of the deceased petitioner.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection for ordering the present petition.

3.Recording the no objection given by the learned counsel appearing for the respondent, C.M.P.No.12342 of 2020 is ordered.

4.Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the C.R.P.
